Certified Appraisal Services
Although we have found that our IOV Report meets a large percentage of the valuation needs of our clients, there are times when a full certified or MAI appraisal is required. Such instances include when financing is involved, if a lease or contract dictates that an appraisal is required, a specific state only allows for certified appraisals or when a more detailed analysis is required. Through our extensive nationwide appraisal partnerships, RVS also provides full certified appraisal services to further enhance any of the valuation needs of our clients.
Retail Transaction Data
There are times when only raw data is required without a full analysis of any specific location(s). RVS can compile relevant commercial sale data for particular municipalities, counties or regions to assist clients in their own analyses including tax appeal support, bulk option exercise support or bulk lease renegotiations. This analysis is completed by utilizing the RVS Analytics Database™, local affiliates, subscription services and local tax assessment data. This macro data assists clients when seeking general market knowledge, and can be a valuable cost-effective market analysis tool without drawing any conclusions related to specific subject properties.
