Brian Garrison Founder/President
Prior to forming Retail Valuation Services in 2007, Brian was a Senior Manager with Surplus Solutions, a national real estate disposition and valuation firm specializing in the sale and lease of former restaurant and retail properties. Brian oversees and manages the daily operations of RVS including the research and analytics and nationwide brokerage affiliate network.
Brian and his team have completed valuations with a combined value of over $4 billion for global retailers and restaurant chains consisting of a combined total of over 10,000 projects. In addition, he has negotiated the sale, lease and/or sub-lease of single and multi-tenant retail facilities nationwide for national & international retailers, owners and developers on both the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Brian is also an owner/investor in NNN retail properties throughout the southeast and utilizes his years of experience to identify such properties quickly and efficiently.
Brian received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University. He is a member of ICSC and many other retail focused trade groups and organizations and is a licensed Georgia real estate broker.
Candice Allred Vice President of Marketing
Candice has over 20 years of business-to-business marketing experience. At Retail Valuation Services, she crafts marketing plans with the appropriate amount of color and imagination to strengthen the image of the company and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Retail Valuation Services, Candice served as channel manager at Fullscope, a national consulting firm, and in that role identified and established key business relationships, coordinated partner meetings, training sessions and developed sales presentations and proposals. She also managed the partner sales pipeline by reaching out to partners and continually updating the status of live deals.
In her role as Director of Marketing and Customer Marketing Manager, she has attracted customers and grown the revenue from existing customer bases. She has also managed win/loss and customer loyalty market research projects for international technology firms.
Candice has a Bachelor of Arts and Journalism degree from the University of Georgia with a major in Public Relations and a minor in English. She is active in Toastmasters International and served as VP of Public Relations for her local club.

Our extensive brokerage network is an integral part of the success at Retail Valuation Services, allowing us to service clients on a nationwide scale and visit properties where requested.
Each licensed real estate professional in the network brings a unique knowledge of their local market trends and development, as well as a familiarity with demographics, vacancy rates and market activity for their state and submarket. We require that our affiliates have a current real estate license and that they have been doing business in their local county or municipality to ensure their extensive local knowledge base.
Coupling the local intelligence of our affiliates when performing full IOVs with site visits with our retail & restaurant valuation expertise and standardized reporting practices allows us to service our clients across all metropolitan areas regardless of location.

Each of our certified appraisal partners have the appropriate licensing in their respective states and all are experts in the field of retail & restaurant appraisal services. While we cannot provide a standardized appraisal report or pricing format for our appraisal services as we do with our IOVs, we are committed to providing the lowest cost price & timing quotes rapidly to our clients for their decision making process.
